GANT Internal Video Production
Production across global branches (7-year collaboration)
Over the past seven years, I’ve worked closely with GANT to produce internal video content across multiple company branches. The projects involve leadership communication, visual merchandising, educational and internal process visualization content.
I’ve taken countless productions from concept to final delivery. Sometimes GANT approaches me with a fully developed concept that requires structured planning and execution. Other times, we begin in a more creative phase and brainstorm ideas and shaping the direction together.
GANT Project examples
Pre-Production
I’m typically responsible for:
- Developing the production plan
- Creating gear lists
- Scheduling and planning shoot days
- Structuring logistics and workflow
Clear planning upfront ensures efficient shoot days less headaches in post.
Production
On set, I handle:
- Rigging and lighting
- Camera setup and operation
- Overall technical execution
I work closely with a GANT representative during filming. We both guide the talent, but with slightly different focus areas. I direct performance from a visual and technical perspective such as pacing, delivery, presence on camera. While they concentrate more on messaging and ensuring the spoken content aligns with internal communication goals. This collaboration has been proven very effective while maintaining creative quality.
Data management is a critical part of my workflow. All material is backed up twice, both locally and in the cloud, throughout production. Protecting the footage is non-negotiable.

Post-Production
I start with quick rough cuts that we review together to ensure alignment before moving into more detailed editing.
Since these productions are recurring, I’ve built a library of reusable graphical templates in that allow us to:
- Maintain a consistent visual identity
- Speed up turnaround times
- Scale production efficiently
- Onboard external editors when we need to deliver lots of videos on short notice
Feedback & Delivery
For review and collaboration, I use Frame.io. This allows the client to comment directly on the timeline and manage video statuses. This speeds up the feedback rounds and enable faster delivery cycles.
